Never at anytime of your business life should you allow your employees to be cheap to other employers. If you do, your organization(Firm, Company) will become a school and you will become a teacher because all the employees trained/ from your organization/ Firm/Company shall always be taken away by other employers. And this will be as easy as putting a higher price tag on the employees' skills and experience.
